17/12/10 – Kingsdown Conservation Group Email to DDC ref Site allocations consultation.
SHL 056 – Properties along Bayview Road, Kingsdown.
The Kingsdown Conservation Group supports Dover District Council’s proposal to remove this land from the village confines and thus protect the site against any future threat of development.
NSO1KIN – Land behind Ivy Cottage, Upper Street, Kingsdown
This Group objects to any possible future development of this site for the following reasons:
1. Access to the site is via a narrow footpath only and there is no provision for parking in the narrowest and most dangerous part of Upper Street.
2. This is a very small site and any additional building would result in over-intensification of the plot.
3. The site is in or immediately adjacent to a Conservation Area and further development would harm the visual amenities of neighbouring properties.
